No 40 is
a late Victorian (1896) property situated in the quiet and fashionable
Bootham area of York: a
5 minute gentle stroll to the old city walls: a 10 minute stroll from the
remarkable Minster and the many attractions in the city centre.
No 40 is fully centrally heated and has two letting rooms - Rose and Daisy. You
can find out more about each of the rooms by using the appropriate links
to the left.
The
ambience of No 40 is one of quality, taste and warm yet unobtrusive hospitality.
Our aim is to provide guests with a relaxing base from which to experience this
wonderful
city and, if you have the time, the marvellous Dales and Moors of North Yorkshire
or the nearby coast.
This is a no-smoking home and we are unable to accept pets.
We are unable to accept responsibility for the personal belongings of our guests.
